I was greeted upon entering and my information was gone over. It was quick and the receptionist was friendly. The tech came out and invited me back. She showed me the dressing rim and then walked me to the CT tin. She was very kind and concerned. She got me as comfortable as possible. She was as helpful as possible. Everything went smoothly and after I changed my clothes she walked me out. Great experience!

I had never heard of this place, but due to my insurance I was scheduled at Telica. The phone conversation to schedule was easy and comfortable. Check in was good and they took me back for the MRI shortly after my arrival. They were kind, informative and helpful and it was the most comfortable MRI I have ever had. Much to my surprise one day later I have an email saying I can read my results. Did not have the usual difficulty signing in or finding results. I immediately was able to read and print them. Overall, this was a good experience, and I would go there again.

Absolutely great!! I was running late and the people at the front deck were able take care off me. They are extremely professional and personable. I was very impressed with the CT scan operator. She is clearly competent and professional. She put me at ease and the scan was done quickly. I recommend Tellica to anyone needing your services.

Great place to get an MRI. Pleasant, knowledgeable, caring, people from start to finish. The MRI of my shoulder took 10 minutes from the time I entered the machine to exiting. I had some trouble with the online registration. But I am still very pleased with the overall experience at Tellica.
