- Analytics — help us understand aggregate usage so we can improve the site (e.g. Vercel Speed Insights). These do not identify you personally.

Some features load third-party services that may set their own cookies — for example Google Maps on map and listing pages, and our embedded chat widget. These are governed by those providers' policies.
