Terms of Service

Welcome to SUPPORT Utah. By using www.supportutah.org (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Accounts

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Listings & content

• You may only list or claim a business you own or are authorized to represent.
• Content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe anyone's rights.
• We may review, edit, hide, or remove listings and content that violate these Terms or that are reported and found to be problematic.
• You grant us a license to display the content you submit for the purpose of operating the directory.

Paid plans & free trials

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Founder offers and one-time purchases are described where they're offered.

Free trials.We may offer a free trial of a paid plan (for example, the Pro plan's 30-day free trial). A valid payment method is required to start a trial, and you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial: the payment method on file is charged the then-current price for that plan, and on each renewal thereafter, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends, from your dashboard, to avoid being charged. Any trial-ending reminders we send are a courtesy only — it is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends, and not receiving a reminder does not change these Terms or entitle you to a refund.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, the charge that occurs when a free trial converts to a paid subscription because you did not cancel before the trial ended. Allowing a free trial to lapse and convert to a paid plan is not a basis for a refund. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you chose not to use. Canceling stops future renewals only; it does not refund the current or most recent billing period, and your paid features remain available through the end of the period you have already paid for. Where a refund is required by applicable law, this section applies to the fullest extent that law permits.

Acceptable use

• No spam, scraping, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• No false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• No use that violates applicable law.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or violate these Terms. Reviews displayed from Google are subject to Google's terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee the accuracy of any listing or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
