Giveaway Official Rules

These Official Rules govern points-based giveaways (“Giveaways”) offered through the SUPPORT Utah rewards program at www.supportutah.org (the “Service”), operated by SUPPORT Utah (“we,” “us,” the “Platform”). By entering a Giveaway you agree to these Rules and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Giveaways are entered using loyalty points, which are earned by ordinary, free activity on the Service (such as writing reviews, saving businesses, referring friends, and similar actions). Points are not purchased, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States.
• You must have a SUPPORT Utah account in good standing and meet the activity requirements shown at entry.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family/household members of the sponsoring business for a given Giveaway are not eligible to win that Giveaway.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

Sponsor & prizes

Each Giveaway is offered by a participating business (the “Sponsor”) listed on the Service, not by SUPPORT Utah. The Sponsor provides and fulfills the prize. SUPPORT Utah operates the mechanics (entry, drawing, notification) as an intermediary only. The prize, its approximate retail value, and the Giveaway end date are shown on the Giveaway. Prizes are awarded as-is, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash; the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

How to enter

During the Giveaway period, spend the indicated number of points to receive one entry, up to the per-person entry limit shown on the Giveaway. Entries are final and points spent are not refunded. We may void entries that violate these Rules.

Winner selection & notification

At the stated end date, a winner is selected at random from all eligible entries by an automated process. The Sponsor does not hand-pick winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner will be notified through the Service and/or by email and may be required to respond and verify eligibility within a reasonable time; if a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.

Taxes

Any taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete tax documentation where applicable law requires it.

Conduct, fraud & disqualification

We may disqualify any entrant and void their entries and points for actual or suspected fraud, abuse, multiple/duplicate accounts, automated entry, manipulation of the points system, or any violation of these Rules or our Terms. Our decisions regarding eligibility and winners are final.

Release & limitation of liability

By entering, you release SUPPORT Utah, the Sponsor, and their respective owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in a Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Platform is not responsible for a Sponsor's failure to deliver a prize, for prize defects, or for any dispute between an entrant and a Sponsor.

Not affiliated with Meta or Google

Giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other platform on which they may be promoted.

Changes

We may modify, suspend, or cancel a Giveaway or these Rules if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above.
