Very fast and quality care from friendly and knowledgeable nurses and doctors. Came in to CareNow Urgent Care for a few dog bites and I couldn't have asked for better care than I received from Dr. Ami White. She did an amazing job with gentle hands and gave me some great advice along with caring for my numerous wounds. I recommend CareNow Urgent Care a 10 out of 10. Thank You so much Dr White and the rest of your caring knowledgeable staff.

Got in right at 8am and was able to be aeen in a timely manner. I have insurance, so there was no trouble there. Nurse was friendly and doc was thorough. I spaced asking my lab results, but was able to call and get that over the phone. Only 4 stars because the prescription they sent had an issue, so I had to wait longer than anticipated. I would definitely viait again if I have the need! Thank you!

First off, this is not a bad review on the medical staff. All of them were great. I was told that with an eye injury I could possibly need to see a different doctor over the phone before going in. I asked if I could talk to the doctor before I paid to make sure I did not waste my money. They refused to let me see the doctor unless I paid first. I was in so much pain I paid it. The doctor could not help me. They did not have any of the fluid needed for the medical device to flush my eye. The doctor was great, everyone was doing their job. I get that. But the company is a joke. Don’t waste people’s money. Don’t be that kind of evil in this world. I won’t be going back to them. I rather deal with the outrageous ER prices than go to a place who does not care about the wellbeing of their patients.

My daughter was in a skating accident when I wasn’t with her. My other daughter took her to this urgent care, they took amazing care of my girls and got my daughter cleaned up since she was covered in blood. They called me and talked about our options, it turned out that they didn’t take our insurance so I had to pick her up and take her elsewhere unfortunately. I was impressed with the care they gave even when we couldn’t stay there. My daughter was cared for and checked on and they made sure she was ok before we left even knowing we couldn’t stay. I would go back and pay the cash fee if I needed to. I appreciated their care so much.

Alex PA was amazing explained everything in full detail! Great professionalism,pleasant listened to all my concerns! His MA was courteous,friendly made me feel welcomed and at ease!! Continue your excellent care!!
