Very very good food. Robert is definitely cooking back there… I love how calm it can be, very good for a breakfast, lunch, and dinner spot. Got exactly what I asked for, scrambled eggs, with double bacon. Love it will definitely try again.

The food was great. The homemade chicken and rice soup alone is worth going back for — creamy, flavorful, and full of hearty chunks of chicken. Absolutely delicious. The atmosphere, however, felt a bit flat. Even something as simple as some background music could make a big difference and bring more life into the space. Service was friendly and helpful, but not particularly memorable. Nothing wrong at all, though we did have to ask for our check after sitting for a bit. Overall, fantastic food with room to grow on ambiance.

I don't like to give bad reviews because I understand things can happen. However, I think the issues with this restaurantmay be systematic. I ordered the steak cooked medium. The meat had a 4 inch long piece of gristle on one side that had to be removed. The steak itself tasted like it had no seasoning. Half of it was overdone and half was undergone. It did not look, taste, or feel like it had been grilled. I could only eat half of it. Furthermore, I stuck with water because soft drinks were $6. On the plus side, the server was nice and attentive.

This is such a great place. Very no-frills, welcoming, casual, just-be-here type of diner. A restaurant, yes, and a place to just go and talk and chat and breathe. Service is spot-on, also very casual and very on top of the game. Food is consistently good, ranging from omelettes to sandwiches and hot cooked dishes. Food intolerances can be accommodated, if specified, to a degree (we’ve never had a problem with finding something gluten-free). The salads are a bit on the small side. Soups and daily specials are recommended. The coffee is fresh, hot, and doesn’t rot your stomach. In the numerous times of going here over the past few years, I always look forward to going back. Thank you, to such a great place and great staff.

Avoid! Ordered a Philly that looked and tasted pitiful. I thought maybe some Au Jus would save it and it made it worse! You should take that right off the menu. I took maybe 2-3 bites and couldn’t do it. Told the waitress it wasn’t good and couldn’t eat it and they offered me a 10% discount! That’s LAUGHABLE! If you would have took that charge off I might not of left this review. I hope it’s worth the couple dollars to you. One of the worse experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. The so called garlic bread was like a hamburger bun with garlic salt on it and the salad even sucked. I don’t know who’s leaving good reviews but I would avoid this place. Plenty of other places out here!
