Dr. Ragel is very professional and yet he takes his time to make sure my medical needs and questions are entered

Dr. Miller is truly exceptional!! His exams are thorough, he never rushes, his explanations are careful and very understandable and he remembers concerns from previous visits and always addresses them. He is very quick to identify any new concerns and arranges to have them immediately addressed and, if necessary, further examined and treated! The very best medical care I’ve ever received!!

My mom was Dr. Pucketts patient for a number of years until mom passed away this past December during the holidays. I could not have asked or wished for a better doctor. She took wonderful care of my mom who had severe dementia, but she also went out of her way to help me as well on the journey my mom and I were on. She listened patiently and never made us feel rushed and she always explained things clearly. Dr. Puckett is an excellent doctor, but she is also a wonderful human being; she is compassionate, caring, kind and knowledgeable. She truly cares about her patients. I thank God for bringing her into our lives. I wish she could be my doctor now, but at least I know who will be my doctor as soon as I’m old enough to go to a geriatric. The Madsen center has everything you need, it’s clean, the people are always nice, and they have a pharmacy and different labs all in the building, so you don’t have to run around town getting those things done. Highly recommend! Plenty of free parking!

This was my first visit with Dr Mahesh. I was totally impressed with her! She had reviewed my chart and history before we met and was prepared with appropriate questions and recommendations. I am an RN and have spent my entire professional career in health care. I recently relocated to SLC and am pleased to have found Dr Mahesh.

The healthcare teams are brilliant, kind, and helpful. Pharmacy, MAs, security, desk staff, and providers are welcoming, offer smiles and kind words, and are obviously smart, yet double check before adding tests, changing meds, or referrals for services are offered. Easy to navigate, clearly marked, and extremely clean and tidy. Lab staff are great at blood draws, also with directions for other tests. Providers are clear and check in to be certain we are on the same page, yet they don't talk down or brush off questions. I feel totally and very well cared for whenever I am in for appointments.
