Ordered jaundice lights for my son through CNS. Arrived on time and the product was fine, rep who walked us through how to use them was ok, but seemed rushed for time. 3 days later my son was cleared to stop use but CNS wouldn’t pick them up for 3 more days because I was on the edge of their service area. CNS then billed for the three additional days. Once the insurance paid their share the remainder was around $25, which I was then auto charged for without an invoice or notice, to my credit card they gathered during the payment of my copay, which I never consented to be on file for additional charges. When called and talked to Samantha at CNS she said she did the auto bill on a Friday so she could ‘just get it taken care of because it was under $50 and your credit card was on file’. I asked about the invoice and she was going to send the bill out but didn’t get around to it because it was a Friday afternoon and she wanted to be done with her shift so she just auto charged my card. I told her that wasn’t ok to do without authorization but she justified it by saying her boss usually auto-bills without notification up to $500, but her personal limit is $50 because she wasn’t comfortable with the $500 auto charge. I told her that ridiculous and this needs to be adjusted to the 3 days before we requested pick up and I need to be contacted back with a resolution on how the rectified the situation with my insurance. Samantha said she’d ’ask her boss what they could do’. I’m hoping for a resolution to this as they fraudulently billed my insurance for 3 additional days of jaundice lights because they were too lazy to come pick them up, and then knowingly charged my credit card without authorization because they wanted to ‘zero out the account so I wouldn’t have to worry’. CNS is a ridiculous company and I’m really worried about how they treat elderly customers who aren’t willing or are unable to notice charges under $50, or even $500, that are auto charged without authorization just to ‘zero out the account so they don’t have to worry about the bill’.

I wish I could give them a zero. The staff was rude and pushy they did not listen to any family input. My wife was in cancer hospice and during that care she broke her femur during a fall not their fault , but they did nothing to help her or tell her family what we could do. They did take some pictures but that was it. Just about a week before she died she begged them to help so without any input or permission from me her husband they called an ambulance and sent her to the ER. The ER doctor told me all he could do was place a soft wrap on it and why did CNS wait so long to send her to the ER because they are nurses they should have done a better job of getting her help. Even her nurse at CNS who was on leave while this happened said they should have never done that it was not going to help that she was dying and that my wife was not of sound mind and going to the ER would do nothing.She died a week later from cancer.and in pain from a broken leg that was ignored for weeks. I get the bill from the ER and ambulance. I always had to ask for her pain medications and would not allow my family to make input on what medications she would take. My wife also did not like any of the staff.

Dave Jensen is an exceptional physical therapist. After working with other PT for over 7 months in Hospitals, skilled nursing care facilities, and rehabilitation clinics. Most of the other PT said I needed more extensive help including surgery, because I had deteriorated so much. Dave went right to work explaining my condition, and that we could work through it, making a plan. I realized right away Dave could help me and he has. I made more progress with him than all the others. He is one of the few that are very good. Thank you CNS and Dave Jensen for a great job. 5/2/25 Gary R.

I loved my nurse! Her name is Olga. She treated me with warmth, compassion and kindness. She treated me with respect and a kind of humanity which is downright lacking in the medical community right now. I hope they give Olga a big fat raise! Thank you CNS!

Jared Suker is a Physical Therapist with CNS (Community Nursing Services). Jared more than cares about his patients. Jared is the one who pushed me to reach the goal for the leg and healing towards full weight baring once the doctor allowed. Jared's patience is a gift I am grateful for in the time he worked with me. Jared is more than a therapist he is an amazing coach providing exercises and structure. Thank you Jared Suker for the help you gave me.
