i got groceries from here on january 23rd through instacart and got yoplait yogurt for myself. i put it away since it was for my wisdom tooth recovery food and i looked at the date after opening one to find out it’s been expired since january 18th and still on the shelf. thats disgusting and concerning that it was still on the shelf. i talked to instacart and they did nothing so im hoping i can get some help through this review. i have never shopped here before so im really disappointed after being told its a great store.

Like everything about this store except for two of their cashiers. I checked out with a $200+ order and he hit me up about my water bottle I had brought into the store telling me I had to pay for it. A Great Value (Walmart brand) plastic bottle I brought from home. Little boy (Benny) was doing too much. Just today a new cashier (Barbara) was very rude to me and my wife. She snapped at us to unload our groceries from our basket as we were already doing it. Then she refused to sell us sparklers that were on display and with price clearly posted. Apparently she's not sure if shes allowed to sell them on this specific day. Whoever built, stocked and priced the display seemed sure about it but idk. I just assume anything at a grocery store on display with a clearly marked price is for sale 🫤

Suddenly, there are combination locks on the restroom doors. That’s fine—but not when a customer service rep tells my mother she can’t use the facility in an emergency. That is unacceptable service. My mom even said, “I wasn’t going to steal the toilet.” Do better.

I am writing to report a serious food safety concern I witnessed during my recent visit to your Lucky location. While stopping by to purchase cooked chicken wings, I observed a staff member in the kitchen area who was visibly ill. His nose was dripping while he was actively handling and cooking food. This is a major hygiene violation and is extremely concerning from a customer health perspective. I hope you will address this matter with your kitchen staff immediately to ensure proper sanitary standards are being followed.
