    45 minutes, my whole lunch break, and im still on hold just trying to reschedule an appointment. Line was briefly picked up, I was told hold and put back into the loop. After wasting my lunch break waiting to reschedule, I had to repeat myself several times on date, what time frame I could reschedule in, and name. I think I have a date. But not sure. Maybe rethink the help and hire a couple extra. With what we pay, you can afford to.

    I arrived extra early. Check in time was early. Wait time was extra short. Nurse Practitioner Scarlet was exceptional, friendly, showing quality, organization and personal professionalism. Entire staff was professional and a 5 STAR rating.
