The staff was kind and helpful and gave us good information about our trip, things to take, things to do and not to do to stay healthy, and explained products and medications clearly. The office for the Salt Lake location was hard to find. The door is hidden around a bend where you can't see it and there's no signage. It was quite expensive. But at least we'll be safe and can enjoy our trip.

This place is a literal scam, the fact that it's a 3.9 stars makes me think these reviews are all bots. My wife and I went here to get a typhoid shot and just for us being there together (group consultation), it was a combined $260 for a 15 minute appointment to have him walk through a basic presentation about common sense. when in other countries. Then at the end they want to charge us $350+ EACH for the shot. So we obviously declined that, but still got charged $260 for being there. None of this is posted on their website at all. They get you there and fleece you. Beware.

Avoid this place! Very questionable business practices. If you booked online they will charge your card, even if you decide not to move forward, once you find out their prices are more than double the health department prices. They will also try to add on services you didn’t want or need. Run! FAST! My daughter left here, literally shaking, because of how they treated her and threatened her.
