The owner and founder of Olcha Property Management, Jodi Van Dresser, has an extensive background in the travel, hospitality and event management industry. She was a founding partner of Boehm Travel Companies in 1981 and invested over twenty-five years as the principle architect ultimately growing the company to a $25 million enterprise. In 1997, she acquired a family vacation home in Park City and given her experience, naturally assumed the role of marketing and managing vacation rentals.
