After 15 years traveling the world as management consultants, we started to wonder if we could apply these skills a little closer to home. Our HOA was looking for a new management company and, as board members, we wanted something different: Strategic advisers. Savvy financial thinkers. Creative problem solvers. Catalysts for change. Great communicators. Then it occurred to us: why not build a company to fill the gap in the market, and apply the skills we’d honed serving demanding Fortune 100 executives to serving discerning HOA boards? As they say, the rest is history.
