Our Furnace stopped putting out heat last night. I called GNL heating and cooling at 8:30am today on Presidents Day. It's 1pm and Tarl has already been here and replaced the part. The Furnace is 20+ years old and I appreciated Tarl being honest and fixing it instead of trying to sell me a new Furnace. I will call GNL for all my heating and cooling problems in the future

Hands down the BEST hospitality and genuine CARE I’ve ever had. I have NEVER ever had this type of experience with an HVAC company. Tarl went above and beyond to make sure he did everything possible before just telling me that I needed a new unit. After the first bid from a company telling me it would be 12k because a whole new unit was needed, to finally finding someone that is HAPPY and genuinely excited to find the issue for only around $300. Don’t settle for anything less than or trust those other companies. TARL… you are the man! I’m SO grateful. Thank you for caring!!!

We've had them install a Furnace on one occasion and a AC unit on another. We couldn't be happier. They were able to get to us very quickly and they did a great job. The furnace has been in for 2 years and we have had no problems with it. We never had to call and have them come back to fix anything (whereas with other HVAC companies we had to had them come back multiple times to correct mistakes they made in the installation process). I would highly recommend GNL!

I had a terrific experience with GNL Heating and Cooling. They came quickly to give me an estimate and arrived right on time the day they scheduled my heating installation. They were knowledgeable, professional and completely cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them without hesitation for heating repair service.

I want to express gratitude for Gary who helped me evaluate a quote from a competitor and get service when he didn't have time on his schedule. Gary is an owner, and he was kind, friendly, helpful, and knew his HVAC stuff. I would give him my business if he had not been booked out for a week. Give him a call!
