We went during the 2for1 deal and it was SO BUSY! You were only able to order through the app and the app said the wait was 8-12 minutes. It took 40 minutes. Order was then wrong. They were working very hard but it seems like the app should be realistic of how busy the lichen is. Staff was friendly however Joe went above and beyond! He was awesome and deserves to be recognized! Was very busy but food was warm and tasty once it was finally ready.

I am usually a big fan of five guys so I was super sad when I got home with my take out order and saw I barely had any toppings and a crumb of bacon on my burger? I asked for pickles and tomatoes which I got a normal amount of but then I asked for bacon and got a small 1/4th of a piece of bacon, maybe 4 mushrooms and onions, and then a pinch of lettuce😂 idk what happened but I am pretty sad bc I was really excited… I’ll give five guys another try but definitely not this location.

This was very disappointing. We normally live Five Guys however this time it was a major let down. Fries were soggy, the shake was just milk with flavor and the portion size of the patty was dismal. However the burger tasted great, check out my pictures for that. It technically should have been called the mushroom burger because it had so many mushrooms 😂. The condiments were great and appeared to be fresh. Nice crisp pickles and the lettuce had a nice crunch. Great job on that. We got there on a Saturday around 6 right before the BYU football game and there was no line. Easy in and out with ordering. If I could add something for improvement: make your shake a shake. NOT milk with flavor. Second crisp up those fries.

Honestly, you just can’t beat Five Guys when you want a burger that actually feels like a meal. The burgers are always massive and juicy, and the fact that you can pile on as many toppings as you want for free is a total game-changer. But let’s be real—the fries are the true stars. Even a "small" order is basically enough to feed a small village. It’s fast, the staff is always chill, and you know exactly what you’re getting every time: a top-tier greasy burger and a bag full of fries. Easily five stars.

i came in tonight and got burgers and a fry i asked for my fry to be well done because i don’t like soggy fry’s and they told me they could like usually do from the past times i come in and then i got the fry’s and they weren’t well done which is okay but i went ups and asked for them to be redone and they got bugged which is fine and then i go up to get them and the manager on shift tonight (05/13 at 8:30PM) rants to me about how they can’t do extra crispy fry’s and blah blah blah and i have worked in many fast food places including a burger shop and there is never a button for extra crispy fry’s but it is possible for places to do them crispy and even here at this location because i have gotten them many many times and then goes on a rant about it and then gives me the fry’s and they still just as freaking soggy and is just rude and one of them employees said something just saying “we did tell her that she could get extra crispy fry’s so it makes sense that she wants them redone” and he gets bugged with the employee and just disregards what they have said and even that is just rude and makes me not want to come back here. the manager was rude to me and to his employee and he should be talked to and told how to do things, just because he’s a manager shouldn’t mean he can do what and say what he wants.
