What a hidden treasure! This Japanese restaurant is tucked underground, which instantly gives it a cool, secret vibe. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, making it the kind of place where you can instantly relax and just enjoy yourself. We didn’t have reservations, but luckily stopped by during off hours and were able to get in—so glad we did because the experience was incredible. The sushi was absolutely spot on: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The appetizers were just as impressive, and the drinks were top-notch, perfectly crafted to complement the food. And here’s something you don’t usually hear in a restaurant review—the bathroom is worth the visit! The way they decorated it was so creative and playful, it added an unexpected layer of fun to the whole evening. If you’re looking for delicious Japanese food with a unique, upbeat vibe, this spot is a must. Perfect for a night out with friends or just a memorable dining experience.

Good food & atmosphere, just a little pricy. As a Chinese, the so called Chinese food was too exotic for me😂 especially for the "hotpot". The beef + scallop roll tastes nice, worth the price.

I live in PC and this is one of the very few places on Main St that I think is worth eating at for the price. Sitting at the bar is fun and the staff is fun and professional. They had bluefin the last time we were there and it was absolutely delicious. The decor is fun and unique. The whole vibe of the place feels like it is for locals than the many many tourists on Main St.

Shabu, what can I say, Please open a restaurant in South Florida specifically the Delray/Boca Raton area. This is by far the best asian sushi restaurant we have ever been to anywhere. Very cool vibe downstairs location. The Wagyu and American beef on the hot rock is outstanding and not to be missed. The sweet miso caramelized black cod was exceptional. The Sushi was absolutely delicious and the nightly dim sum was just great. We also had the stir fry chicken noodles, the pork bao buns, and the karaage fried chicken all were amazing!We are still talking about this meal days later. Our server was attentive and coursed the meal perfectly. We always visit Shabu when in Park City. Kudos Shabu!

The food was awesome but it’s a small place and they really pack them in there. You kinda feel like you can hear every conversation going on at every table. Very loud for me,as I prefer a more relaxed quiet dinning experience. But the food and service were great.
