RIME Raw Bar is the first-ever slopeside raw bar, located in a refurbished cabin at the top of the Jordanelle Gondola at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Founded by renowned chef Matt Harris, RIME brings the spirit of seaside fisheries to the mountain, serving ethically and sustainably sourced seafood that arrives fresh each morning. The walk-in, counter-service concept is open to the public during ski season, offering lunch and après ski dining with both indoor and outdoor seating. RIME is ski-in/ski-out and also accessible by foot via the Jordanelle Gondola.
