If I could give more stars I would. . .John, Chad and Dustin have been incredible. I had a leak coming from the main water line feeding into my building. John quickly diagnosed the issue which can be tricky with water given how water travels. . .he only had to cut two holes in the dry wall before identifying the issue. This issue has caused consistent leaking of water into our unit and we needed this fixed as soon as possible. . .John was incredibly helpful in getting a crew out to my home within 2 days given urgency of the issue. Chad and Dustin arrived on site to do the required digging and repair. . . I was very impressed with their knowledge of this issue and they talked me through all of my questions leveraging their prior experience. I've already messaged my neighbors and provided them with the teams contact information for all of their plumbing and HVAC needs. I can't say more about this team. . . we have worked with other companies in Park City and SLC Metro and I can say that John, Chad and Dustin unequivocally stand head and shoulders above any other crew I have worked with. . . I would extend that to the providers I have worked with at our home in Chicago. These guys are simply the best!

I went from no air conditioning to a completely set up mini-split in 5 hours. Will (the installer) was great! Fast and efficient. Top notch.

This company was so easy to work with. I smelled a slight odor of gas by my furnace and they came out very fast. Ty Mangelson was so courteous and knowledgeable. He looked up the part and it was still under warranty. The gas valve had a leak and he drove to SLC to get the part and came back. He is a great asset to your company. I would highly recommend Right Away and will use them in the future!

Matt was amazing and very professional. He also did a great job of describing all the different parts of the installation process for a tankless water heater, making sure I was okay with all the work to be done. Very reasonable priced, too. Would definitely recommend him as a plumber for anybody looking for a new water heater or other plumbing jobs.
