Greg was amazing! I had a bathroom leak that turned into a bathroom remodel. He advised me on replacing plumbing from 1973 so we didn’t have further issues and I had him install the tub, toilet and faucets and he always did very quality work. And he was able to fit me in during the remodel schedule. Really appreciate his level of service and professionalism.

I hope I got everyone’s name right, but Brody, Kaylie, and Bensen were seriously awesome. I needed a water heater flush and wanted to get a water softener installed, and after getting a few quotes elsewhere, I was honestly a little discouraged by the pricing. Rare Breed Plumbing, Heating, and Air completely changed that experience. They made scheduling incredibly easy, showed up ready to go, and handled everything efficiently without cutting corners. On top of that, their pricing was far more reasonable for comparable equipment and services. It’s not always easy to find a company that delivers both quality and value, but they absolutely nailed it. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Also, as someone who works in insurance, I can’t help but appreciate a well run operation when I see one. I’d love to connect with the owner and talk more about ways to help protect and support a business that’s clearly doing things right. Highly recommend these guys if you want the job done right the first time.

Isaac & Collin arrived on time. When I opened the door, they were courteous and stood back a few feet before being invited in. The put on shoe cover before entering my home. They confirmed what our appointment was for (yearly water heater flush and whole home plumbing inspection), and then I showed them to the laundry room where the water heater is located. Isaac was training Collin on the processes for this type of visit. I got the pleasure of over hearing him patiently explaining the next step, things to look out for, and encouraging Collin as they went along. They drained my water heater and then went around inspecting each shutoff valve in my home to confirm it is working. They found 2 that wouldn't shut off and they notified me about what that means. These gentlemen were very polite throughout the visit. I'm on the Herd Membership, and visits like today reaffirm the reasons why. Trustworthy, respectful service is so important and difficult to find. Court had worked tirelessly to build that into the culture of his team, and it shows in the work they do. Thank you, Isaac and Collin! 10/10 would highly recommend!

I made a call, within 15 minutes Isaac was there. So professional, nice and willing to explain everything. He showed me and explained my options. He was so nice when I commented an his beautiful baby. I’m so impressed!! He even offered to stay and help me with my wet carpet, after I turned down the info on his restoration team. Great guy that did a GREAT job. I will be taking his advise on having the company’s “underground “ professional staff come out to help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you Isaac and RARE BREED!!

Rare Breed Plumbing, Heating & AC actually purchased the plumbing company that installed our sump pump. We had concerns regarding the sump pump, and Chandler answered all of my questions assuring me that it was functioning properly. No cost for the service which is “rare” these days. Very much appreciated the quality service.
