This is absolutely an underrated hidden gem. The food is homemade and absolutely fantastic. We were lucky we were able to get there earlier in the evening before the crowd started to come. The serving size is pretty big and the prices are extremely fair. It is one of the places you should go to for a really good Pho and a good home-cooked meal. The people who work there are also extremely sweet.

Food was delicious. The bean sprouts and mint leaves meant for the Pho were super fresh. My kids loved the chicken fried rice. And my wife loved her shrimp noodle dish. Ambience is super basic, but it is still 10x better than sitting on a stool beside a busy road in Saigon. Will definitely be back. Enjoy the Pho that will warm u up after a day on the slopes!

I have come to PC Pho many times and have never been disappointed. However, the last few times I’ve tried going it’s been closed even though the hours online have shown otherwise as well as the posted sign outside their door. Today I called prior to showing up and made sure they were open and once I got there the establishment was closed early.

This is Thé one and only spot for pho. If your in park city and craving pho look no further. The brisket pho is my favorite and this joint knows authentic. We will always stop here when in town.

Seemed very authentic. The food was worth its value and the bowls were huge! Would definitely go there again, the food was delicious.
