Firewood features New American heirloom cuisine with seasonal menu rotations to incorporate the freshest regional produce. The majority of our dishes are prepared over open flame using chef-selected wood like cedar, cherry and maple to enhance flavors. Chef John Murcko is passionate about open flame cooking, and has returned to Park City after a successful career opening more than 25 restaurants in Park City and Sun Valley. Firewood’s decor showcases turn of the century industrial warehouse finishes, reclaimed bricks and timbers, warehouse windows into the kitchen and a special Chef’s table.
