Dos Olas, meaning “two waves,” is a nod to the waves that keep us inspired on the mountain and in the sea. That sense of playful inspiration, creativity and variety fuel every facet of the overall Dos Olas experience. Executive Chef Carlos Segura has crafted a robust menu of signature items including barbacoa nachos, tinga del pollo tacos, and cauliflower con mole alongside fresh ceviche, creative salads, family-style shareables, cantina-inspired snacks, and a selection of traditional desserts such as churro sandwiches, tres leches and flan.
