    Chase bank combines modern technology with the nostalgia and reliability of the banks of the past. With roots traced back to 1799 Chase bank is one of the oldest banks in the United States. The staff is helpful and their bankers are knowledgeable. I would recommend this bank to the young and old of the Heber Valley.

    They have dog treats inside. Cute! So far only we haven't had a bad experience with this branch.

    I have been a loyal happy customer with Chase for many years. But I have not enjoyed my experience the last two weeks. The employees are great and doing the best they can. But the corporate offices have not allowed them to open the lobby. This is unacceptable. It leads to an hour long wait time in the drive through. There is no good reason for this. Many other businesses in town operate as normal. If things don't change soon, I will begin the process of moving to another bank.

    While the tellers are friendly and helpful, if I need any assistance outside of checking/wire transfers, I will often be directed to someone sitting at a desk (or hiding in an office) who asks me to return only after I’ve made an appointment online, even though I am often one of a few if not the only customer in the waiting room. I have banked with Chase for decades across California, Illinois, Oregon, Arizona, and now Utah, and this Heber location is the worst I’ve visited. Bad enough to leave a review because yesterday I had a wonderful experience at the Orem location.

    Terrible service. I went in to open a business account and they gave me a phone number to call because they didn’t have an employee who could open a business account. I called and it took over 2 months to get a business checking and savings account setup. I went in today to get my auto loans refinanced from my personal accounts to my business account and they said they don’t have anyone who can help me with an auto loan and told me to go online. I don’t feel like waiting another 2 + months to get my loans refinanced. I’ll be closing my account and using someone who cares about their customers. Very disappointing.
