Steer clear! Avoid! Crooks! Outrageous cost to ship back an item that was poorly made. Didn't even get 50% of my money back. I can see why their are no stores anymore. High cost for poor quality items. I used to love BBB and thought they would appreciate their customer base. Stop boasting about your awards on your website and take care of your customers! Customer lost forever!

This is for the on-line store at this address (433 Ascension Way in Murray, UT). So, this part is on us. My daughter sent me a picture of the flatware set she wanted, and I found one of a similar color on-line at several sites. Checked with my daughter that I had the right color and ordered it with BBB as they had the best price. It turned out to not be the right color - this line has so many shades of blue out there, I think it's probably a fairly easy mistake to make. This other part is on BBB - you pay the shipping and insurance on the return. We ran into some difficulties processing the return and customer service was no help whatsoever (strike one). When the refund came to us, they had subtracted nearly 90 dollars of a 209.97 order, for shipping and insuring two packages (3 sets) of flatware. I am sure that IS NOT what they paid to ship it out. Apparently their negotiated postal rates are not extended to customers. Other companies I've dealt with for cutlery do not charge so much for returns (strike 2). When I called customer service this time instead of dealing with them by chat because that was so useless, the call was not picked up after nearly an hour of waiting (strike 3). They basically don't have functional customer service. We will not be shopping at BBB anymore.

I received an unauthorized charge for some "membership". I don't shop with this company. I called customer service and they admitted they kept my credit card info from a purchase back in 2022?! Despite 4 calls to customer service, they refuse to reverse or refund the charge. So I have to go through my credit card. company to dispute it.

I received a fraudulent charge on my credit card for over $ 100.00. I called my bank and they closed out that credit card and need to issue me a new one. Are they crooks ?

Received unauthorized charge- not sure how. Never heard of this company. Had to cancel my debt card.
