Avanto Unclaimed

About

At Avanto , we’re passionate about the power of contrast therapy. Three years ago, we began cold-plunging in the Provo River with a small group of close friends. What started as a personal ritual quickly grew into a community event, uniting people and transforming our approach to physical and mental recovery. Today, we’re thrilled to offer this transformative experience to everyone in Park City, in a peaceful, Nordic-inspired setting .
