    Steve was in the middle of a project, out on the production floor. When I called, I could sense he was overwhelmed because I was asking him to help me out by turning a quote around within 2 hours. (I don't normally like to put that kind of pressure on my vendors). After getting off the phone, I figured I would get the quote the next day. However, 1 hour later I saw the quote in my inbox. I was so thrilled! It really shows how much he cares about his customers, and understands our needs. His pricing is competitive as well!
